We have created these statements in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy to use all of our services (Weblogs, eCards, Photo Gallery). We use Databases to record your information such as your IP address, email address and account preferences. These Databases are as secure as it is possible and only accessed by authorized personnel. Your IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are connected to the internet. When users request pages on our site, our system logs your IP address. Member and Staff passwords are stored in such databases, but are encrypted and NO ONE has access to them.
