This agreement applies to all weblog services we provide. All messages posted at this site express the views of the author, and do not necessarily reflect the views of the owners, moderators and administrators of this site.

Our Rights

1. We reserve the right to, (a) remove any material which is deemed in our sole discretion as a violation of this agreement, (b) refuse ads or services from any business that violates this agreement!

2. We reserve the right in the event any material you post becomes the subject of an investigation to reveal your identity if we are compelled to disclose it by court order or operation of law.

3. We reserve the right to remove and/or resize images that have been embedded in a post that may cause an inconsiderable amount of time to download.

Your Responsibilities

1. You agree not to upload or submit any material that is deemed threatening, abusive, harassing, obscene, racially discriminate, pornographic, violent, and any animal cruelty.

2. You agree not to divulge your password to anyone, understanding you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and/or account information. If you knowingly disclose your password and someone assumes your identity and maliciously uses it, you as the member will be banned from our site and your account terminated.

3. You agree not to add any copyrighted content unless you have obtained the copyright owner's permission or the legal agent for the copyright.

4. You agree not to defraud us or bypass membership for any of our services. Understanding your IP address is recorded each time you visit our site and you will be banned from our site and/or member rights stripped if you indulge this or encourage others to.

5. You agree not to save or download any material to edit that material without the express permission from The Velvet Peacock and/or the owner. This includes resizing, cropping, any use of photo editing software and claiming the material as your own.

6. You agree any information you submit with fake sender email addresses is fraud and considered a direct violation of this agreement.

7. In agreement, Individuals, organizations and businesses may not use this service to send email to people or other entities with whom they are not acquainted. Sending multiple emails with advertising content is considered abuse of this service ("spam") and we'll take appropriate measures to exclude users deliberately violating this rule and certain legal penalties may apply.
